Pepper Sauce, Sauerkraut & Red Onions Salt Ferments Workshop with Alice Mac of Canoe Creek Community Kitchen. All materials are provided for this free workshop. Cooking together, participants will take home jars of fermented veggies. A neighbourhood small grant funded activity in Riley Park Community Garden. If the weather is not cooperative, we will move the event to LMNH and setup in the alley and multi-purpose room. If that is the case, proof of vaccination, temperature checks and proper wearing of masks are required.  The workshop is limited to 12 people.
