Learn all about the daikon vegetable and how it is so important in Japanese culture. In this workshop, volunteers from the Tonari Gumi Garden Club will lead us in planting daikon seeds/seedlings in the Riley Park Community Garden, we will sample yummy dishes, have the opportunity to share our own experience growing daikon, and go home with daikon seed packages.
