An Invitation to Uncover Inner Wisdom in the Garden:
The seed of wisdom lives within us all!
Come and enjoy a two hour re-treat playing with relaxing attunement through the body, contemplating an element of the garden. There will be writing and (optional) sharing.
Retreat will take place in the Riley Park Field House (at 32nd Ave, 2 blocks east of Main St)
